Luke’s life plans changed when his father became chronically ill and was forced into retirement from the family business. Despite being accepted into law school, Luke decided to take over his father’s company and began running various aspects of it in 2015.
Due to the nature of small businesses, throughout the years Luke has gained a well-rounded skill set ranging from sales, marketing, accounting, and managing. Having a hand in all of these areas has taught him valuable lessons in what is worth pursuing, and what is not.
In addition, it has shown him the challenges of communication between the various departments and just how difficult it is to get everyone on the same page and working together. As problems arose, a decisions needed to be made, Luke found himself wearing two unique hats for the company. That of both integrator and implementer.
Most companies have either an integrator or an implementer, but very few have both, and as a result, they struggle to truly grow as they should. Luke has created the Same Page System out of necessity to help run meetings, increase production, and make the tough decisions clear and obvious. These questions, systems, and processes have been refined now for many years and can be applied to all sorts of companies because no matter what you do or sell, at the root of every business is people working. And all people need to be managed, and managed well.
Luke’s unique temperament, personality, and skill set makes him an ideal choice for listening, discerning, deciding what needs to be done next, and putting a plan in place to get it done.
